3. Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any returns.

5. Conclusion of Sales and Availability of Stock

  3. No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted.
  4. Adding items to a wishlist or shopping basket does not constitute an order. Prices and availability may change without notice.
  5. Stock is limited, and pricing may change. If stock is unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and refunded.

7. Delivery of Goods

  1. Delivery options:
    • Courier / Pudo (locker-to-locker)
    • Free shipping for orders above R1000; R150 flat rate for orders below R1000.
  2. Delivery charges are subject to annual review.
  3. Goods are delivered in August/September for the planting season. You will be notified of any delays.
  4. Delivery is fulfilled when Goods are delivered to your nominated address. Urban Dahlias is not responsible for loss or unauthorized use after delivery.

8. Errors

We strive for accuracy but are not liable for errors on the Website. In the case of incorrect pricing, refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.

9. Gift Vouchers & Coupons

Gift Vouchers are available upon request via email.

Virus:

Our tubers and plants are regularly inspected and monitored for viruses. All mother plant stock has been tested—either by ELISA or qPCR—for Impatiens necrotic spot virus (INSV) and Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd), two of the most prevalent viruses affecting dahlias.

During the growing season, we proactively remove any plants showing visible signs of disease and ensure that all cutting tools are sanitized between plants and tuber clumps.
